I am building a homestead
I was living in a gravel parking lot saving money to buy land in Cochise last February. Three weeks later I was jobless and decided that with a nation pandemic looming I would again retreat to my sanctuary-the Stronghold. I have started to slowly piece together what will someday be a permaculture based apiary and a climber friendly place to stay. In the past 5 months I have learned to weld, repair small engines, wield a chainsaw, drive a tractor, sling 700 pds concrete railroad ties, collect swarms and tend to bees, and the list is growing. I hope that by the end of Sept I will have dropped my own well and have a place for weary travelers to shower. Climbing has definitely taken a backseat but if you need a partner or just want to drop by for a beer and check on the project just email for direction. Until then, I have a some taillights out on a trailer I have to go trouble shoot, Tanya www.cochiseclimbing.com
